    Very nice hotel! The rooms are impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a cozy corner perfect. The staff is quick to respond to requests and makes you feel welcomed. Dining at Margeaux was a delight with interesting options and superb service. The lobby scent is inviting too!

    The waldorf astoria is a gem! The location is central, with so many restaurants and shops just steps away. My room with a balcony was fine and the hospitality was great. The spa is very nice. Try the deep tissue massage!

    The health club was perfect for family bonding after exploring Millennium Park, just a short walk away. The spacious King Room with its cozy fireplace made our evenings even more special.

    My kids wished for a more kid-friendly menu in the restaurant.

    We had a very positive stay for a long weekend with my daughter and granddaughter.

    The breakfast was delicious and outstanding, the check in was smooth. The room was luxurious and impeccable, with a lot of attention to detail. The views of citywere perfect and the staff members were courteous. The location was great and fab, for example, an Oak street was relatively near the hotel.
